Signs You Have A Leaky or Damaged Pipe

Leaky and Damaged Pipes are not always easy to find.  Most of a Home's and Business's Pipe Systems are located inside walls and floors, most being extremely tough to access.  Other Pipes, Sewer Pipes, and Drains are in more accessible areas but not in areas that you frequent such as Attics, Crawl Spaces, Basements, and Garages.  While Leaky Pipes tend to come on gradually some Pipes are more sudden like those from Frozen Pipe Damage or A Busted Pipe.  Most Pipes will break or leak from weak spots in the systems like joints, elbows, valves, and couplings and these are great places to start if you are investigating a leak.  Leaky Pipes can be fixed temporarily but will eventually need a Licensed Plumber to fix the Pipe System to prevent a broken Pipe in the future.

Video Pipe Inspection

Video Pipe Inspection

One of the biggest advances in Plumbing Technology is the use of Video Pipe Inspection to help Plumbers determine the health of certain Pipes and Drains.  A small Camera attached to a cable is lowered into a Water Supply Pipe or Drain Pipe and worked into place sending information back to the Plumber on a Laptop or small screen letting the Plumber get a good perspective on the pipe in question.  The Plumber can see Drain Clogs, Frozen Pipes, Damaged Pipes, Sewer Pipe Drains, and Corroded Pipes, helping the Plumber determine the best course of action and determining the cause of Clogs and Damaged Pipes.  Video Pipe Inspection is a necessity in Water Jetting to ensure no Pipe Damage or Cracks.

Damaged Clogged Pipe

This company's high customer ratings are well deserved. Everything from first contact through the completion of the job was smooth running and on point.

Booking was easy, having been given the choice between two possible windows. I got a courtesy call prior to arrival and the plumber was onsite within the agreed upon time frame.

The job, a basic clog, was analyzed and properly remedied. On top of that, a piece of damaged pipe was repaired/replaced. I thought that might cost me an arm and a leg but it was totally reasonable for all of it.

The guy was real mindful about clean up and putting things back in place after the job. One of the best parts -- easily -- was the immediate observation of the no-shoe rule and automatic removal of shoes (I didn't even ask) upon entering the unit.

Yes, top rate service. You should book these guys.
